Golden Fold Confections Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the matter promptly and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Orders are prepared in small batches and scheduled for production based on advance reservations. For this reason, order cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled production or delivery date.

Delivery timing windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Golden Fold Confections is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
